Living on the Discovery 55 is easy and fun. The side decks are clear and uncluttered, there are good sunbathing areas, and the transom provides a great swimming or diving platform at anchor. Seats on the fore and aft decks are perfect for watching dolphins or enjoying the sunset. The deep, safe cockpit is ergonomically designed for real comfort, and we have added a fun touch to the helm cockpit – designed to be filled with salt or fresh water to create a refreshing ’splash pool’ or hot tub – great for trade wind sailing!
